NEET has a total of 180 questions, the maximum marks a student can earn in this exam is 720 and for any rough work to be done the student has to work on the assigned test booklet as any unnecessary marks on the answer sheet would not be accepted by the test conducting body. The NEET Syllabus has been bifurcated into four sections consisting of Physics, Chemistry, Botany, and Zoology. The division of the marks according to the section is that Physics has 180 marks, Chemistry has 180 marks and the Biology section which includes Botany & Zoology has a total of 360 marks.
